If Social Security tries to cut off my disability benefits, what can I do?

Social Security will review your case every few years, especially if you're younger individual. And sometimes they'll try to cut off the benefits if you go back to work or if you haven't been seeing a doctor so that the doctor can document your medical condition. That's the kind of thing that we see often. It becomes problematic when they cut off your benefits because it's going to be tough to find an attorney to do a discontinuation case or a termination case for a lot of different reasons. My advice in this question is, if you do get your benefits, continue to treat with your medical providers and doctors because you're going to need medical evidence to sustain your case even if you're on disability already
