What kind of evidence is used to evaluate and decide my disability benefit claim?

Your disability claim is going to be evaluated based on the medical evidence in your case, and the limitations that your doctor places on you, or the reasonable limitations that the judge would expect to be placed on you if you have a certain kind of illness and disease. The judge will have a vocational evaluated there, and the judge will ask that you evaluate their questions as to what he thinks you can and cannot do, and whether or not there are any jobs available in the national economy that you can do based on those restrictions. That's essentially what your case will be like.
