How long will my Railroad Retirement Disability Benefits last?

Your Railroad Retirement Board disability benefits will last until your full retirement age. The disability you receive from the RRB is not supposed to supplant your retirement benefits. Once you get to your full retirement age, which depends right now on when you were born, that's how long your disability benefits will last. After that it turns into a Retirement Board benefits. Your retirement benefits, they're no longer considered disability benefits anymore.
