Am I eligible for benefits under the Workers’ Compensation Act if I receive benefits under unemployment compensation?

Under Florida’s Workers’ Compensation Act, no compensation benefits are payable under the Workers’ Compensation Act for any temporary total disability when an injured employee has received or is receiving unemployment compensation benefits.
