What if I am able to go back to work but I can’t work as much as I had due to my injury?

You may be eligible for Temporary Partial Disability (TPD), which is when an injured employee returns to work with restrictions resulting from the accident and is earning wages less than 80% of the pre-injury average. Compensation is to be paid equal to 80% of the difference between 80% of the employee’s average weekly wage and the salary wages or other immuneration the employee is able to earn post-injury as compared weekly. Weekly temporary partial disability benefits may not exceed an amount equal to 66 2/3% of the employee’s average weekly wage at the time of the accident.
