Will I be asked about my work experience?

Yes. You may be asked about all the jobs you have had in the past 15 years prior to your becoming disabled, the approximate years you worked and the reason you left each job. Additionally, for each job, you may be asked to describe the physical requirements like lifting, time spent sitting, time spent standing, time spent walking, weight of objects regularly lifted, machinery operated, hand tools used, what was the heaviest object you ever had to lift or pull on any job and how often. Be prepared to describe if you could you still perform your last job and If not, why not and if you made any effort to go back to work since your last job and what happened.
