What about a claimant’s medical care and treatment, does the judge have to consider that?

The judge must determine whether the claimant has received medical evaluations and/or treatment for the conditions underlying the Claimant’s disability and the medical records and exhibits within the Medical or AF@ Section of the Claimant’s claim file that document that the Claimant has medically severe impairments.  That is why we encourage our clients to get continuing medical care in any way they can get it from reliable sources.
