Will the judge consider whether a claimant meets a Medical listing?

Yes, a medical listing is the simplest and most expedient way for a judge to determine whether a claimant is disabled.  If a claimant’s illness is so severe that is listed and the level of severity is met as founds in the Listing of Impairments, the judge may direct a finding of disabled pursuant to a Medical Listing.
