Will the ALJ ask me about any other claims I have pending or ones that were resolved?

Yes. Because an unemployment claim may indicate that you were willing and at least partially able to do work while your claim was pending, it may be relevant to the ALJ. Workers’ Compensation claims can be severe especially when an industrial accident has resulted in a permanent total disability and may involve offsets or reverse offsets, these sorts of claims are relevant to the issue of your disability and your benefit amount. VA pensions may be offset by the SSA, but the award of these benefits is significant evidence of disability and should be talked about at your hearing by the ALJ. Just as are all other claims filed as a result of your disabilities like Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability, FMLA leaves and even Personal Injury Claims.
