Carol J. Young Wilson - An Excellent Civil Litigation Lawyer

Carol J. Young Wilson was graduated from Brown University in 1976, with honors, and from Villanova University School of Law in 1979, where she was an editor of the Villanova Law Review.

Carol has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Florida and is also admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court. In 1983, she became a member of the Florida Bar and worked as an attorney for Legal Services of Greater Miami, and then as an assistant public defender in Miami. After litigating criminal trials for over five and a half years in West Palm Beach and Miami, Carol began working as a criminal appellate lawyer in 1990. She has handled over three hundred appeals, resulting in over 150 reported decisions in Florida. Carol began working for the firm in 2002, and handles civil litigation and appeals.
