What if after my case is heard by an ALJ I receive a “Notice of Decision-Unfavorable”?

That is notice that you have lost at your hearing.  If you lose at your hearing either in full or in part and I do not agree with the ALJ’s decision, you must file a timely appeal with the “Appeals Council”
